Sport Counseling

This station will include two activities: football toss and yoga. In the football toss activity, participants will throw the football and try to make it into a target net. During this activity, participants will learn about the difference between positive and negative self-talk and how they relate to performance outcomes. In the yoga activity, participants will learn yoga poses and will learn to use diaphragmatic breathing. Diaphragmatic breathing is a great stress-reduction tool for athletes.
